The reason that my approach is unique is that I spend time to get to know you, together we explore your goals, we look at what is achievable and practical for you, together we explore any underlying emotional contributing factors, i.e you may be an emotional eater, or you may eat when bored or alone!

We explore what has worked for you in the past and more important we explore what has not worked for you, I take your medical history, current diet, weight, fat percentage, muscle mass, bone density and hydration levels, all of which are important for our work together.

I use special diagnositic methods to check your fat, protein and carbohydrate metabolism, and then I use a specific technique to optimise the above to get the body imto fat burning mode, as well as other cutting edge techniques that just are not available anywhere else locally, we re educate your mind and body to work together to quite literally sculpture your body into a shape and tone that you desire.

I offer two different sessions, the first is the most complete which lasts 1.1/2 hours and your investment in yourself is £90.00 the second option is for people who just want a weight loss plan and this is done in 45mins and your investment is £50.00

Follow up sessions are charged at £50.00 and include a recording on a CD for reprogramming your mind for faster fat loss.
