My name is Dez Sellars and my unique stop smoking program can help you to finally be smoke free, I utilize a combination of therapies to help you to stop smoking and below is only a small proportion of my unique program/s.

The following may be used in your smoke free session/s

Medical Hypnotherapy/ Clinical Hypnotherapy, Meridian Therapies, NLP, Quantum reprogramming and detoxification therapy, laser acupoint therapy, advanced ear point therapy, unique craving busting therapy, and my own unique approach which has been developed over many years from proven effective and lasting protocols which I have adapted for your success.

The nearest practitioner offering anything near what I am offering is in Germany, there is no other person in the UK offering the unique protocols or program that comes with My SMOKE FREE sessions. (FACT)

Some people do not like the idea of hypnotherapy and this is ok, all you need to do is let me know this and I can still help you become smoke free without it as I have over 21 years experience and several dozen different therapies and tools at my disposal.

I do not bore you or ram negative facts about smoking as some people do, we identify how and where you need help to stop smoking and then I put together the session based on your own personal needs, each persons needs are individual so it makes sense to make each session for each individual based on what I know works.

I offer 2 different sessions, the first is for people who are ready to stop now, option (A) is ideal for people who have no emotional reasons for smoking i.e. no major trauma or high levels of stress right now, this option (A) is a 90 minute session and is charged at £90. This is a 1 session deal for people who are truly committed to stop smoking now, but just need a little assistance and supportive measures which ensure they finally kick the habit for good.

Option (B) if for people who do have emotional or high levels of stress going on right now. this option (B) is done over 2 sessions, the first session we look at where you are with your stress, the reasons why you want to stop smoking and we tackle your stress levels in a non invasive way, we also re educate your mind so that you become ready to stop smoking without having to reach for cigarettes each tome you get stressed. by reprogramming your old stress response we can educate your craving centers in the brain to stop reacting to stress by reaching for a smoke, instead we address your stress so that you no longer want, need crave or desire tobacco or cigarettes in any shape or form.

Option (B) is 2 x 90 min sessions and usually after the first session in option (B) most people vastly reduce or even stop altogether after the session. The second session is a clean up to see how you are doing and is more of a supportive session more than anything else, we look at how you are doing, whether you need any further assistance with any stresses in your life and we deal with those in this session. £180
