My name is Dez Sellars over the years I have received teachings from many different disciplines which I now use to assist a person with their condition/s.

Having been a long term sufferer of pain, as well as Chronic Fatigue (CFS)I have tried dozens of ways to treat myself and now I know what works for me, and over the years I have recorded what works for others also.

My training started in 1986 when I qualified as a personal trainer under N.A.B.B.A. (Natural Amateur Bodybuilders Association) where I learned about diets for athletes as well as how to train someone. Then I learned Anatomy, Physiology & Swedish Massage under I.T.E.C. (International Therapy Examination Council)

To advance in body work I took a course of Holistic Massage under I.T.E.C. Further down the line I studied Advanced Aromatherapy and Physical Essential Therapy with the founder of I.T.E.C. Dr W. E. Arnould-Taylor (retired). This taught me more about the body and people, I was healing people using my hands with the above therapies and I felt I needed to learn healing to enhance my skills.

I learned TRT® (The Radiance Technique) which is a system of healing using Universal Energy as a medium, these days people are more familiar with the name Reiki. My Teacher was trained by one of the 22 Masters of Hawayo Takata for those who know about Reiki. Since then I hold over 20 Master Teacher levels in Reiki.

So far I had learned about how the body works and also how to heal the body/mind/spirit with Reiki. Due to my own health problems which left me with no energy, every day was the same I would get up and drive to work feeling drained, as if I had been unplugged. The doctor I was under recommended that I have tests at the hospital.

I had 1 full year of medical tests, X-rays, blood tests, a barium meal and different medications (drugs) and at the end of the year I was no better. The specialists at the hospital said "we have done every test we can, all your tests have come back normal, all we can put it down to is STRESS.

So after a wasted year of suffering I saw an alternative health fayre being advertised locally where I saw a lady offering iridology (diagnosis using the eye). It cost £ 5.00, I thought well at the worst I have lost £5.00.

She looked into my eyes and said I had a sluggish liver and slow lymphatic system. She gave me dietary advice and some herbs. Three weeks later I had all my energy back and felt great. This led me to learn Nutritional Medicine and Iridology under Dr Plaskett. I studied under him at Kings College London.

I now offer nutritional advice with iridology to my clients with health concerns.

I was lacking a therapeutic tool to help people with mental and emotional concerns, so I trained in EFT Energy Psychology (Emotional Freedom techniques). Which just blew my mind on how easy it can be for people to overcome their emotional baggage. Energy Psychology was fast becoming a favourite tool of mine for helping people with their pain, whether it was physical, mental or emotional. I then became an A.A.M.T - EFT Trainer and BSFF Practitioner (Be Set Free Fast) which is Dr Larry Nimm's system of psychological healing.

TAT Tapas Acupressure was taught to me by Dr Tam & Mary Lewellyn, this technique is fantastic at removing trauma and working with allergies. I got very much into the mind body connection so I studied and completed training in psychotherapy and counselling along with hypnosis. I have also studied noesitherapy for pain control. Now my tool kit is phenomenal and I have not had any failures with my clients.

In 2004 I received taining in TAT direct from Tapas Fleming the founder of TAT.

I still see myself as a student of knowledge as far as healing is concerned even though I am a Great GrandMaster Healer I am still updating my skills as I feel I still have many masters to learn from. I only train with the best in their field, that way I will never short change my clients.

Knowing the body is one thing however I have also received training in NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming and timeline therapy along with psyhotherapy/ counselling/ Multi level training in Hypnosis and I am now an AAMT EFT ADV Trainer and TAT Tapas Acupressure Trainer. I have many programmes available to help you to get the quickest results possible.

I also offer combination therapy treatments because I believe that no single therapy has all the answers to a problem. If you have tried the conventional approach of allopathic drugs from your GP and you are still suffering then maybe complementary therapies could hold the answer in improving your conditions.

This system supports the body’s ability to completely integrate all physiological systems at their intended capacity and function.

In 2006 I received my Doctorate in Natural Health by distant learning degree, this is not a medical degree but a degree in Alternative Medicine specifically Natural Health.

My training is ongoing and Orthopaedic, Auricular as well as Spinal Acupuncture are part of my tollkit, I learned this direct from Paul Robin FAcS MPCHM MCAA Head of The College of Chinese Medicine TCM FacultyPaul is also the Head of the College of Chinese Medicine TCM faculty Chairman of the Acupuncture Society. I am currently studying underr Paul to continue my Authentic TCM Training and to keep up to date with my CPD'S Professional development
