How I work with you

Quite simply, you let me know what you wish to achieve and then you book a consultation direct with myself, or, by an email consultation, during the consultation we can explore your health concern or condition and I will then give you my recommended treatment plan, which could be a One off session for things like stop smoking, or if you have emotional issues, I will be able to let you know how many sessions are needed to help you to obtain the results you are after. Typically 1-3 sessions are all that are needed for things like confidence issues, self esteem, anxiety, stress etc...

Because I have such a huge range of therapies available, I can pick and mix several therapies to help you to move forward in your life in a happier, more successful way.

Please note that the therapies I offer are not like many other types of therapy sessions that take place over many months, You will not need endless sessions that go on and on.

Most issues of an emotional & physical issues like back pain, muscle tension can usually be resolved within 1-3 sessions, I offer fast solutions, and I get extraordinary results.

My job is to help a person to get well fast, however so that can I accept you as a client, I will expect you to take responsibility for your own recovery, my job is to facilitate your well-being, you will be given tasks like drinking water and also home tasks that we agree on, this is done so I am sure that you really want to get well ad also so that you take an active part in your recovery.
Providing you follow all my instructions then I guarantee that your condition will improve usually within the first few sessions.
