What do you get for your money?
The full cost is £490 presently and includes all 5 sessions , handouts, manual, cd's and Virtual gastric band fitted under hypnotherapy
The HYPNO-BAND system comprises of 5 sessions. the first session with myself can be up to 1 hour 45 mins, I spend an extra hour with you to ensure I have all the information I need to help you, this is a very important session as I need to take your personal history, medical history, as well as defining your goals, this session also is used to ascertain and deal with any limiting beliefs you may have towards your weight. A bespoke hypnotherapy session which is made for you as an individual based on the initial consultation, Also in the first session you will be introduced to hypnosis and experience the fantastic feelings of relaxation and calmness which results from having hypnotherapy We will also begin your journey to losing weight, most people lose weight from the very first session, as we begin the journey in re programming your mind and belief structure. A CD is also given to you for home use between sessions.
In the second session you will encounter the HYPNO-BAND and we will begin the process of having the virtual gastric band fitted.
In the third session the HYPNO-BAND virtual gastric band will be fitted and adjusted.
In the fourth and final session the process will be reinforced and you will learn a different way of eating, also if you are losing weight to quickly we adjust the band, or, if your weight loss is slower than predicted we tighten the band to restrict the amount of food you can eat.
In The Fourth Session, we either do a further adjustment to your band or we do a positive affirming session to help you to carry on with your journey of losing weight and becoming healthy.
What happens after the fourth session?
