How long does it take?
The full 4 sessions are done over a period to suit your l;ifestyle, some people do the first 3 sessions quickly and have a follow up adjustment 1 month later, some people like to do it over several weeks..
How much is the HYPNO-BAND system?
Prices vary depending which licensed Hypnoband Practitioner you go to, as you can see below one practitioner is charging just under £1000.00 for 4 sessions of Hypnoband.
What do you get for your money?
The HYPNO-BAND system comprises of 4 sessions. the first session with myself can be up to 1 hour 45 mins, I spend an extra hour with you to ensure I have all the information I need to help you, this is a very important session as I need to take your personal history, medical history, as well as defining your goals, this session also is used to ascertain and deal with any limiting beliefs you may have towards your weight.
A bespoke cd recording of the session which is made for you as an individual based on the initial consultation.
Also in the first session you will be introduced to hypnosis and experience the fantastic feelings of relaxation and calmness which results from being hypnotized.
We will also begin your journey to losing weight, most people lose weight from the very first session, as we begin the journey in re programming your mind and belief structure.
In the second session you will encounter the HYPNO-BAND and we will begin the process of having the virtual gastric band fitted.
In the third session the HYPNO-BAND virtual gastric band will be fitted and adjusted.
In the fourth and final session the process will be reinforced and you will learn a different way of eating, also if you are losing weight to quickly we adjust the band, or, if your weight loss is slower than predicted we tighten the band to restrict the amount of food you can eat.
Is it guaranteed?
Like any medical or therapy procedure there can be no definite guarantees. Even a surgeon cannot guarantee that an actual gastric band will work. However, the virtual gastric band has been proven to be effective in aiding significant weight loss. Clients who have struggled with fat loss in the past find that this program really does get the results they want, (no more sabotaging).
